This New Year we are asking people think about becoming a foster carer with Sefton Council and offer a child a loving family that can help them grow and build a connection.

We’ll also be bringing some activities for you to have fun and get involved in.

Our friendly team including our foster carers will be on hand for you to come along at anytime and have a cup of tea and a chat.
In your own time, you’ll be able to speak to experienced foster carers and the team about how to become a foster carer and the benefits that come with it.

Information Session
If you’ve been thinking about fostering, why not make 2023 the year to find out more and what better place than at our info session at the Strand.
Our friendly team will give an informal presentation about the process of becoming a foster carer and answer any of your burning questions.
You’ll also meet some of our amazing foster carers who will share their experiences and give fantastic insight into the role and the support you can expect.
Sefton’s Foster Carers are paid for their skills, receive full training and support, plus allowances.
