How to hold back from physical or verbal violence
How to increase positive presence in your child’s life
How to de-escalate conflicts
How to break the cycle of shame and silence
How to make changes in relating to your child in the long term
How to reduce distress for carer and child
How to feel more in control
How to recruit and use supporters whilst enjoying the benefits of being part of a group

Attendance on this course is by self referral with your Supervising Social Worker
